Legacy of Hope Run targets 800 runners

BINTULU: ‘Legacy of Hope Run’ organised by Advocacy Association of Early Childhood Educators Bintulu (AECE) supported by Bintulu Resident’s Office and Bintulu Development Authority will held on June 21 at The Spring Bintulu.

Bintulu Resident Jack Aman Luat said the charity run targets 800 participants to raise funds for special needs children.

He added that through the run, they hope to form community partnerships, attract volunteers and partners who are passionate about helping special needs children achieve their hopes, dreams and full potential.

Speaking at a press conference held after chairing a meeting on the event, he said registration fee for the 5km run is RM40 each for early birds before March 14, inclusive of a T-shirt, medal, goodies bag and certificate.

Register at ShareTea at Parkcity and T4 Bintulu from Feb 15. The closing date is April 30.
