HSL to hold 2-day sales launch at Vista Industrial Park
KUCHING: Hock Seng Lee (HSL) will be holding a two- day sales launch at its 200-acre Vista Industrial Park ( VIP) in Muara Tabuan here from 9am to 5pm on Feb 22 and 23.
One of the highlights of the event is a property talk targeted at small-medium entrepreneurs by author Koong Lin Loong, and Alliance Bank on Feb 22.
Koong, who sits on multiple government advisory boards, will present the first talk at 10am while the second talk by Alliance Bank will be held at 1.30pm.
Koong is the chief editor of Reanda’s Network’s Doing Business in China guidebook, and has authored five books on taxation.
He is a board member of SME Corp Malaysia under the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development as well as an advisor to the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs on franchise businesses.

“The second talk will be by Alliance Bank. Everyone always has questions about properties and investment and Alliance Bank will present tips and answer frequently asked questions,” HSL property development general manager Tay Chiok Kee said in a statement.
Registration for both talks are now open. Reservation is on a first- come, first- served basis.
Apart from the talk, HSL will also be holding a photo contest at VIP on both days.
VIP is one of East Malaysia’s largest commercial zones.
HSL has released 195 light industrial units for sale with newer phases in the pipeline. Most units are double- storey semi- detached units with large compounds.
A unique feature is the inclusion of a 3.3acre park at the core of VIP.

VIP is suitable for offices, retail, factories and warehouses.
Last month, VIP won HSL two awards at the Sheda Excellence Awards in both masterplan and commercial category.
