The 44-year-old housewife from Kampung Lubuk Bunting, Simunjan was hoping to withdraw her Bantuan Prihatin Nasional cash aid but upon arriving at 7am was shocked to find that others had beaten her to it, some of whom had turned up as early as 3am.
