Petronas inks LNG supply deal with Tiger Clean Energy

Pet ronas through it s subsidiary, Petronas LNG Ltd, has inked a sales and purchase agreement with Shanghai-based Tiger Clean Energy Ltd (TCEL) to supplyliqu­efiednatur­algas(LNG) to TCEL’s LNG ISO Tank Filling Facility in Bintulu, Sarawak. In a statement, Petronas said under the agreement, TCEL will undertake the LNG’s delivery to China, and the LNG would subsequent­ly be distribute­d to remote locations in the country using TCEL’s ISO tanks.

Sarawak’s Ocean Vantage signs IPO agreement with M&A

Sarawak- based oil and gas ( O& G) integrated support services provider, Ocean Vantage Holdings Bhd (Ocean Vantage) has entered into an underwriti­ng agreement with M&A Securities Sdn Bh. ( M& A Securities) in conjunctio­n with its initial public offering (IPO) on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd (Bursa Securities).

Slowing 3Q for Hibiscus Petroleum from Anasuria, North Sabah fields

Stripping-off exceptiona­l items amounting to RM11.3 million, HibiscusPe­troleumBhd(Hibiscus Petroleum) reported core net profit of RM39.7 million for its third quarter of financial year 2020 (3QFY20). This represents a drop by 53.5 per cent quarter on quarter (q-o-q) and 22.1 per cent year on year (y-o-y) mainly due to lower average realised oil price during the quarter.
