KUALA LUMPUR: Boustead Holdings Bhd yesterday announced that its controlling shareholder, Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera (LTAT), is considering to privatise the company.
However, Boustead has advised shareholders to exercise caution and seek appropriate advice when dealing in the ordinary shares of the company, since there is no certainty that LTAT would proceed with the proposal.
“At this juncture, the company has not received any offer relating to this proposal from LTAT or any other parties,” it added in a statement yesterday. — Bernama
