KUALA LUMPUR: Boustead Holdings Bhd yesterday announced that its controlling shareholder, Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera (LTAT), is considering to privatise the company.

“At this juncture, the company has not received any offer relating to this proposal from LTAT or any other parties,” it added in a statement yesterday. — Bernama
