Song Foochow Association elects new committee

KAPIT: The Song Foochow Association held an election during its recent annual general meeting.

Businessman Lee Kuok Chuan was reelected as chairman to lead the new committee for the term 2020 to 2022. Assisting Lee on the committee are vice-chairman Kapitan Hun Hau Hui, secretary Wong Le Ching, and treasurer Lo Wei Chong.

Also on the committee are assistant secretary Lau Siau Yian, assistant treasurer Joseph Lau, welfare officer Thong Ching Seng, assistant welfare officer Lau Pek Wung, culture officer Lau Hui Kian, assistant culture officer Ling Ee Sing, general affairs officer Tiong Chong Seng, and assistant general affairs officer Wong Sing Wei. The position of Youth chief is held by Jordan Wong, while Helan Su is the Women’s chief.

The association also appointed Tang Hui Sen as auditor.
