Pustaka Miri to hold virtual talk on understanding back pains Nov 9

MIRI: Those wanting to know more about issues relating to back pains are advised to follow a virtual health talk to be broadcast by Pustaka Miri this Nov 9.

Commencing at 10am, the onehour session on ‘Understanding

Back Pains’ will be facilitated by Dr Nurzatulsyima Nasirudin, an orthopaedic surgeon from Miri Hospital who will share with the participants her experience in treating patients with various types of back pains, as well as the aspects of symptoms, prevention and area.

The virtual talk will be live-streamed via Pustaka Negeri Sarawak’s social media platforms – namely Facebook (pustaka.sarawak) and YouTube (PustakaSarawak). treatments in this

“This talk is a part of the divisional library’s monthly activities for the Miri community.

“The emphasis will be on the importance of taking good care of your joints and spine, as well as creating awareness of the common causes of, prevention measures against and treatments for back pains,” said Pustaka Miri in a statement yesterday.
