SUPP Pujut surprises with Mother’s Day gifts
MIRI: Sarawak United People’s Party (SUPP) Pujut branch surprised a group of dancers with Mother’s Day gifts yesterday.
SUPP Pujut branch chairman Mayor Adam Yii and Krokop sub-branch chairman Dr Vincent Huang went to Bulatan Recreation Park where a group of middle-age female dancers practise their weekly morning dance routine.
In conjunction with Mother’s Day, Yii presented the ladies with 180 carnations, greeting cards, face masks and cakes and wished them the best of health besides reminding them to practise the standard operating procedures (SOP) against Covid19
infection.
“The pandemic is not going away any time soon. It is advisable to do moderate amount of exercise to improve the body’s immunity and best to choose a time and venue where fewer people are around to protect yourselves and loved ones,” advised Yii.
