Unaco celebrates 20th anniversary with ‘join and win’ lucky draw

KUCHING: Unaco Group of companies (Unaco) is holding its 20th anniversary celebration at all its outlets here with a lucky draw from Jul 15 to Sept 15.

Prizes worth RM202,000 are up for grabs with the grand prize of RM18,000 Unaco cash vouchers.

“There are three winners for the grand prize as well as first to seventh prizes. First prize is Unaco cash vouchers worth RM12,000 each followed by RM8,000, RM6,000, RM4,000, RM3,000, RM2,000 and RM1,000 each as second to seventh prizes respectively,” said a Unaco official interviewed yesterday.

Eighty consolation prize winners will each get RM500 Unaco cash vouchers. All cash vouchers are valid for one year.

Just purchase a minimum of RM80 in a single receipt at any Unaco outlets to get a lucky draw form on the same day of purchase.

“All contest forms must be rubber-stamped by the Unaco outlet where the purchase is made and attached with the receipt as proof of purchase.

“Reprint of receipts or request for lucky draw forms from different outlets or different day after purchase will not be entertained. Completed entry forms can be dropped off at any Unaco outlet at customers’ convenience before the closing date.

“Participants must be above 18 years of age and each winner is entitled to only one prize. All winners will be notified by phone. Any winner who did not respond within 24 hours will be disqualified and a new winner shall be picked. Names of winners will also be published in local newspapers,” he added.

Winners must collect the prizes personally and any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited 30 days after the announcement of winners.

All Unaco outlets are also offering selected items at promotional prices during this period.

The official added that to ease the burden of people affected by the pandemic, Unaco is awarding cash vouchers to winners of its lucky draws.

These cash vouchers can be redeemed at any Unaco outlet and is not limited to the purchase of any one item.
