Sheda’s new office bearers call on CM
KUCHING: Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers’ Association (Sheda) new principal office bearers recently paid a courtesy call on Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg at his office in Wisma Bapa Malaysia here.
During the courtesy call, the Chief Minister was updated on Sheda’s future direction towards assisting in the economic development of the State by building more affordable houses.
Its president, Augustine Wong, said the Chief Minister was most receptive and had accepted favourably Sheda’s proposals during the courtesy call.
Meanwhile, Sheda is most honoured that Abang Johari has kindly accepted its invitation to be the association’s life patron in-chief.
Also at the courtesy call were Sheda deputy president Louis Ting, secretary-general Angie Kueh, and treasurer general John Yong.
