Hope Place delivers 10 wheelchair­s to Sri Aman Hospital

KUCHING: Hope Place Kuching has contribute­d 10 new wheelchair­s to the Sri Aman Hospital for its Covid-19 ward patients.

The non-profit organisati­on said the wheelchair­s were sponsored by various donors here.

“Some of the wheelchair­s are also for patients who are children. Hope Place thanks all donors who have continued to support the needy community affected by the pandemic,” it said in a statement.

The non-government­al organisati­on (NGO) also contribute­d daily essentials including food, baby milk powder and adult diapers to the hospital for its patients.

Among the items were milk powder for children aged zero to 12 months, milk powder for children aged one to three, milk powder for children aged four to six and adult diapers of M, L and XL sizes.

Hope Place opens between 8am and 5pm on weekdays and from 8am to noon on Saturdays.

It welcomes all donations and receipts will be issued upon request.
