Lee Onn launches new property, development projects
KUCHING: Lee Onn Development Sdn Bhd features its latest residential projects and potential buyers can now check out its development projects, ranging from luxury residences to affordable housing by visiting Lee Onn’s sales gallery at Airport Road here.
Pines Residence, one of its latest development projects, offers a total of 170 units of guarded and gated double-storey terraced houses.
The show house is open for viewing at Pines Residence at Jalan Batu Kawa from 8.30am to 5pm from Aug 11 to 14 (Thursday to Sunday).
Lee Onn in a press statement yesterday said the construction of Pines Residence first phase has started and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2023, with its second phase expected to be completed by mid-2024.
“Pines Residence guarded and gated residential project is equipped with advanced intelligent anti-theft Lamborghini door lock system. In addition to the fingerprint comparison unlocking technology, there are also various security functions such as password unlocking,” said Lee Onn.
The development project is situated within an exciting new township that comprises commercial, residential, lifestyle, education, petrol kiosk, wet market and other public amenities.
Lee Onn is also expected to complete 1,408 residential units in Eden Parade within the next four years. There will also be 312 units of townhouses (strata units) known as Kensho, 486 units of affordable apartments known as SP Lodge — Sri Pertiwi and 444 units of strata titled apartment built in Eden Parade.
SP Lodge — Sri Pertiwi, meanwhile, is a nine-storey apartment building with an average unit size of 966 square feet and each unit includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is priced at RM 295,000.00.
“Affordable apartments by Lee Onn such as the SP Lodge — Sri Pertiwi brings good news for low and middle-income groups in Sarawak. This affordable apartment is open to applications for Sarawak residents only, with a monthly household income between RM 4,000 to RM 10,060,” it said.
