Kuala Baram’s Taman Harmoni Phase 1 to be completed 2024
MIRI: Dinospec Technology Sdn Bhd (Dinospec)’s affordable Taman Harmoni Phase 1 housing project at Kuala Baram here is expected to be completed end 2024.
The affordable housing project in northern Sarawak is offering 432 single storey terraced houses priced at RM270,000 and RM295,000 for intermediate and corner units respectively.
According to Albert Chan, managing director of Dinospec, Phase 1 Taman Harmoni project is part of the larger Sri Pertiwi Taman Harmoni project comprising 1,104 single storey terraced houses and a commercial centre with 58 units of shoplots as well as future plans for a nursery and kindergarten.
Being a Sri Pertiwi housing programme under the Sarawak Government’s initiative to provide housing for the M40 group, Chan said medium income earners between RM4,000 and RM10,000 per month can now own their first homes.
He advised first home buyers to take advantage of Sri Pertiwi housing programme to own their own homes.
Each intermediate unit of 919 square feet on land size of 149.73 square metres ( 3.7 points)comes with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Corner units have the same built up with land size of 222.57square metres (5.5 points).
Taman Harmoni housing project located some 25 kilometres from Miri city centre is accessible by costal Kuala Baram Highway and the new Miri-Kuala Baram Highway.
Land filling works are in progress and half of Phase 1 single terraced houses have been sold.
