Imperial Restaurant presents new ala carte menu

MIRI: Imperial Hotel’s in-house restaurant is presenting a new ala carte menu starting Sep 15.

From its Oriental Kitchen, dine on sweet and sour shelled prawns with longan and lychee, braised chicken Taiwan style, pan-fried lamb loin with honey sauce, curry mutton with mixed vegetables and ‘lo han zhai’ bean tendon in claypot. Vegetarian­s may still enjoy new ala carte cuisines in small to large sizes.

As for its Western cuisine, the restaurant is offering salad tortilla wrap, chicken tortilla wrap and beef tortilla wrap as well as salted egg prawn pasta with creamy salted egg sauce and grilled prawns. Also new is tom yum prawn pasta served with creamy tom yum sauce and pan seared prawns.

Kids menu include junior Bolognese spaghetti and junior sliders of grilled chicken and beef patties on mini sesame seeds buns with coral lettuce and tomato mayo sauce served with crispy crinkle fries.

Sharing Platter Menu makes the new ala carte menu friendlier for the families.

For beverages, enjoy the restaurant’s signature pineapple snow, a blend of juicy pineapple and yoghurt available September to October. Dragonfrui­t Juice will be available November to December.

Cream Brulee and Dutch Apple Pie are the desserts in the new ala carte menu.
