Undefeated Hamdan-Silvester pick up TF Rinduk medal

KUCHING: Hamdan Ahmad and Silvester Roy won the TF Rinduk Monthly Medal (November) when they blanked Khamdan Ali and Sebastian Saban 6-0 in the final at Kelab Golf Sarawak tennis courts last Sunday.

En route to the final, Hamdan-Silvester topped Group A after beating Mat AlekAhmad Johar 6-3 and Mohd Saifudin Hamka-Lina Sim Siok Yen 6-4 to collect six points.

Khamdan-Sebastian had topped Group B after defeating Alexander TowLembang Iba 6-5 (7-3) and Ruslan BujangAnuar Ali 6-3.

Mat-Ahmad combination clinched third spot with a 6-2 victory over AlexanderLembang.

Saifudin-Lina Sim and Ruslan-Anuar finished fifth and sixth respectively.
