PSKPP bowlers cling on to top spot despite loss

KUCHING: PSKPP are hanging on as leaders despite losing 8-12 to Thumbprint in Week 6 of the Sarawak Civil Service League at Megalanes Sarawak, Batu Kawa on Wednesday.

They managed to collect 30.27 Peterson Points and lead the rest of the field with 209.32 points.

Thumbprint improved their position to fifth place from seventh with 196.23 points. Thunderbow­l assumes second position after scoring a 17-3 victory over KSRLAK to earn 39.82 points for a total of 205.41.

With the defeat, KSRLAK slumped from second to sixth place with 191.46 points.

Meanwhile, Puma also improved from third to fifth after earning a 16-4 win over Rindok Team for 37.76 points and a total of 200.04. Eagles, Thumbprint, KSRLAK, Medix, Bravo Bowlers, Rindok Team and Medixx are placed from fourth to 10th placings respective­ly.
