KUALA LUMPUR: Ainaa Amani Ampandi dazzled in front of the home fans with a 3-2 victory over Egypt’s Zeina Mickawy in the Malaysian Open Squash Championships 2022 women’s singles opening round at the National Squash Centre yesterday.

The 20-year-old, ranked 106th in the Professional Squash Association (PSA) rankings, set up a second-round clash against national senior player Aifa Azman, who received a first-round bye. — Bernama
