Hamdan-Khamdan fight back to li IPGKBL-TF Rinduk title
Hamdan Ahmad and Sgt Khamdan Ali won the 1st IPGKBL-TF Rinduk Invitational tennis tournament a er beating Ruslan Bujang and Hasbullah Ahmad 4-6, 6-2 (10-9) in the final at Kelab Golf Sarawak (KGS) tennis courts in Petra Jaya last Sunday.
In the preliminaries, HamdanKhamdan topped Group B winning all three matches against Philip MichaelMohd Noor Ikhwan 6-2, Silvester RoyLincoln Pawano 6-2 and Hamden MossKasuadi Morshidi 6-2.
Ruslan-Hasbullah topped Group A with wins over Dana Raja-Alexander Tow (6-4), Ahmad Johar-Azizul Zainuddin (6-4) and Mat Alek-Mohd Saifuddin Hamka (6-2).
The champions received the cash prize of RM200 while the losing finalists pocketed RM150.
Hamdan Moss-Kasuadi walked off with RM100 and Ahmad Johar-Azizul Zainuddin with RM60 for finishing third and fourth.
In fi h to eighth positions were Dana Raja-Alexander Tow, Philip MichaelMohd Noor Ikhwan, Mat Alek-Mohd Saifuddin Hamka and Silvester RoyLincoln Pawano.
Prizes were given away by KGS Social, Sports and Recreation sub-commi ee chairman Wilfred Mujah.
