Emart outlets in Kuching celebrate ‘916 Member Day’
KUCHING: The ‘Emart 916 Member Day’ is back, with a series of promotions and other activities prepared exclusively for the retail brand’s members to enjoy.
In connection with this, the Emart outlets in Matang, Summer Mall, King’s Centre and Sejingkat here are extending their opening hours to 8am-11pm, Emart Moyan to 7am-11pm, and the Sukma Ria and Demak Laut outlets to 8am-10pm.
“Furthermore, a super crazy ‘One Day Sales’ has set on Emart Member Day this Sept 16, 2023. On top of this, Emart will have more than 100 items set at the lowest prices from Sept 16 to 30, as listed on the Emart Member Sale Bulletin.
“September is a reward month to all Emart members, with varieties of games and activities being run,” said the company in a statement.
On the ‘Rush Hour Challenge’, it said from as early as 9.16am, it will challenge shoppers to speedily and efficiently purchase the exact amount of items, as announced by the emcee, within a limited time given.
RM100 Emart Cash Vouchers will be rewarded to selected number of winners. Emart Riam, Tudan, Batu Kawa, Tabuan Jaya, Matang, Summer Mall and Lintas Jaya would have the first 10 winners each, while Emart Moyan and King’s Centre would have first eight winners, and lastly Emart Sejingkat, Batu Niah, Bintulu, Sukma Ria and Demak Laut would have first five winners.
Fun games such as ‘Ring Toss’, ‘Fishing Games’, ‘Spin Wheel’ and ‘Kick & Strike’ will be conducted at all Emart outlets, commencing at 9am.
Members must spend RM91.60 and above in a single receipt to get the fun games coupon, and stand a chance to take home the Emart towel or umbrella.
Also, Emart will welcome its most dramatic event of the year – the ‘Balloon Drop’ – at 9.16pm at each Emart outlet.
“Grab as many balloons as you can, to stand the chance to win the free vouchers! Different from previous year, this time we have another event highlighted on Sept 17, the ‘Sunday Live Lucky Draw’.
“Those with storewide purchases of RM91.60 and above in a single receipt can join the live lucky draw to win the attractive prizes.
“Emart also gives away the 916 merchandise item as consolation prizes.”
In addition, Emart will also offer 40 per cent off from the purchase of CAT1 ticket for Borneo Sonic Music Festival, to be staged at Stadium Sarawak here this Oct 6-7.
“Spend RM91.60 and above at any Emart supermarket to enjoy the exclusive offer on Sept 16 only,” it added.
Register for or renew Emart membership from now until Sept 17, and be rewarded with 300 membership points.
In addition, the ‘Super Point Redemption’ is offered to all active Emart members where members are able to redeem RM5 Emart cash voucher with as low as 399-member points only, where normally it cost 495member points!
As an Emart member, one can enjoy five-time member points
to accumulate upon shopping at Emart during 916 Member Day.
Lastly, members can get 916 WOW Vouchers from now until Sept 17 with storewide purchase of RM91.60 and above in a single receipt.
Members can use the 916 WOW Vouchers to unlocked various promotions or deals provided exclusively from Emart tenants.
