MJC City to elevate SkyVilla Residences with ‘Eaven’ Block E

-

KUCHING: The MJC City Development Sdn Bhd (MJC City) is planning to enhance SkyVilla Residences in Batu Kawa New Township here with a new residential Tower E block named ‘Eaven’.

According to MJC City director Samantha Lee, the name derives from the word ‘Heaven’ pronounced with a silent ‘h’.

“We strongly encourage young people in particular to invest in property within this township. Usually a single tower could take up to three years or more to complete,” she told reporters here yesterday.

On the plans for Eaven, Lee said they would be eyeing to designate an area for food delivery and courier services to prioritise the safety of the residents, considering challenges posed by the previous Covid-19 pandemic.

“There will be a guest lounge on the ground floor where residents can meet and interact with their guests.

“At the Sky Lounge atop the tower, we’ll reserve a space for residents to host parties with plenty of space for guests.

“Furthermore in Eaven, residents can look forward to unwinding amidst nature in the mini garden balcony situated on every fourth floor of the tower.

“We also plan to implement a restricted access system for the ground floor lift lobby and lifts in Eaven, mirroring the security measures in place for the other blocks,” she said.

Lee added that Eaven would feature 128 units across 16 floors offering a range of sizes tailored to accommodate individuals, couples, small families, and multigenerational households.

“Residents can also take advantage of the ‘Hybrid Dual Key-Inspired’ concept, which permits adjoining units to remove non-structural brick walls, creating the option for a larger combined unit.”

On the specifics of each unit, she said Eaven would offer eight types: A, B, C1, C2, D1, D2, E1, and E2, with Units A to E2 featuring a spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen concept.

“There is one master bedroom for Units A to D2, and two master bedrooms for Units E1 and E2 with all master bedrooms equipped with an ensuite bathroom. Also, all bedrooms from Unit B to E2 can accommodate queen or kingsized beds.”

According to Lee, Unit A covers 882 square feet and includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and one car park. Its unique feature is a bedroom cum study room, providing convenience for those working from home.

Additionally, Unit B offers 1,023 square feet with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and one car park, while Unit C1 spanning 1,060 square feet and Unit C2 spanning 1,152 square feet, provide three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and one car park with a large balcony.

Moreover, Units D1 and D2 spanning 1,286 square feet and 1,290 square feet, respectively, have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two car parks each, with an option for D2 to upgrade to three parking lots. Each unit has two balconies, one attached to the living area and another linking a bedroom to the master bedroom.

“Type D2 units on levels 1 to 12 include two car park bays, while those on levels 13 to 16 include three car park bays.”

She said that the luxury-edition Unit of E1 on levels 9 to 16 encompasses 1,566 square feet with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and three car parks as the unit is tailored for multigenerational families.

Moreover, the second bedroom can be transformed into a walk-in closet or a private study linking to the master bedroom. It boasts large balconies attaching the living area to the master bedroom and another linking bedroom two to bedroom three.

“Unit E2, the prestige edition shares almost all of the same features and square footage as Unit E1 but it will be situated on levels 1 to 8. The key difference is that Unit E2 has a panoramic greenery view,” said Lee, adding that those who book with MJC City before April 30 will receive a limited special offer.
