Cachet Hospitality Group will partner Merchants Hospitality Inc to not only manage, but also brand the latter’s 510 West 42nd Street property as a Cachet Boutique New York Hotel. This effort with Cachet Boutique New York will allow Group to expand its North American presence. The new lifestyle boutique hotel will be located in midtown Manhattan, which is a popular destination for both locals and internationals on West 42nd Street.
Infinitus Investment (Hong Kong) Limited, a subsidiary of LKK Health Products Group, recently agreed to purchase London’s landmark commercial building, 20 Fenchurch Street, from Land Securities Group and Canary Wharf Group. Popularly known as the ‘ Walkie Talkie’, the GBP1.2825 billion sale makes it the largest-ever office complex property transaction in the United Kingdom for a standalone office building.
After a formidable first half of 2017, BMW Group continues to rev on in the implementation of its Strategy NUMBER ONE > NEXT with the aim of shaping the mobility of the future. In the second quarter of 2017, the group recorded growth in terms of volumes, revenues and earnings, boosted by the new 5 Series. Dublin warmly welcomed the first Qatar Airways flight from Doha in inauguration of the new daily service that connects the world to the Irish capital. In celebration of the occasion, the airline flew its next-generation Airbus A350 aircraft to Dublin. Onboard was Senior Vice President of Qatar Airways Europe, Jonathan Harding, who was greeted on arrived by Dublin Airport CEO Kevin Toland and Tourism Ireland CEO Niall Gibbons.
