It’s no se­cret that the his­tory of Omega and women’s watches go way back. In fact, from 1894 to 1935, more than 35 per cent of Omega’s ad­vanced move­ment pro­duc­tion were des­tined for ladies’ watches. Suf­fice to say, women’s watches rep­re­sent an im­por­tant mar­ket for this Swiss watch­maker. In 2015, Omega launched its very first Her Time cel­e­bra­tion in Mi­lan, and this con­tin­ued in 2016 and 2017 at lo­ca­tions in­clud­ing Moscow, Shang­hai, Syd­ney, Paris and New York City. This year, the Her Time ex­hi­bi­tion was held in St Pe­ters­burg, Rus­sia. The launch of the ex­hi­bi­tion was at­tended by Os­car win­ner, Ni­cole Kid­man, as well as Malaysian celebri­ties Mar­ion Caunter and Siti Saleha.
