Gear­ing up for its 10th birth­day this year, the Hong Kong Wine & Dine Fes­ti­val is go­ing all out to en­sure that the birth­day fever is felt by one and all. From the 25 to 28 Oc­to­ber at the Cen­tral Har­bourfront Event Space and Ta­mar Park, Hong Kong, over 450 booths will be open and wait­ing to serve you many di­vine com­bi­na­tions of food and un­earthly fine wines through­out the four-day fes­ti­val. With­out try­ing to sway you away from the myr­iad of op­tions, do keep some space as some of the main high­lights of the fes­ti­val are the five Miche­lin-starred chefs who will be work­ing in col­lab­o­ra­tion with renowned lo­cal chefs from Miche­lin-starred restau­rants in Hong Kong to serve up an ex­quis­ite wine-pair­ing ban­quets that com­ple­ment Chi­nese, Thai and French cui­sine for flavours like never be­fore. If you aren’t com­pletely sold yet, maybe the lim­ited edi­tion wines or the ‘In­ter­na­tional Street Eats’ sec­tion might per­suade you.
