Gearing up for its 10th birthday this year, the Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival is going all out to ensure that the birthday fever is felt by one and all. From the 25 to 28 October at the Central Harbourfront Event Space and Tamar Park, Hong Kong, over 450 booths will be open and waiting to serve you many divine combinations of food and unearthly fine wines throughout the four-day festival. Without trying to sway you away from the myriad of options, do keep some space as some of the main highlights of the festival are the five Michelin-starred chefs who will be working in collaboration with renowned local chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants in Hong Kong to serve up an exquisite wine-pairing banquets that complement Chinese, Thai and French cuisine for flavours like never before.
