AFTER the shocking results of the recent regional Kotex BodyLife IQ Study survey, which showed that only 3% of Malaysian women fully knew their own bodies, the brand has taken the next step to launch online episodes or webisodes of popular drama series Kisah Kaisara.

Kisah Kaisara was aired for three seasons on TV3 and TV9. It was rated as the No.1 Malaysian TV drama in 2007 and had a huge following amongst teenage girls.

“We felt it was time to take the next step and hence commissioned the production of Kisah Kaisara for the online platform because we know girls are spending a lot of time on the Internet.

“And that’s the best way to reach out to them,” says Haniza Hajjah Tahir, Kotex marketing manager, Kimberly-Clark Malaysia, in a press release.

Set in a local secondary school, Kisah Kaisara webisodes see Kaisara with her friends Dania, Hana and Amy candidly exploring teenage issues such as periods, body odour, virginity, breast cancer, sex and whether should students date in school.

Starring Sari Yanti Mohamad Nazari as Kaisara, Wan Sharmila Wan Mohamad (Amy), Elliza Abdul Razak (Dania) and Faralyana Md Idris (Hana), this web drama is available on kotex.com.my. Each episode is 15-minute long.

You also stand a chance to win a Sony Vaio netbook and movie tickets by watching the episode online and answering a few simple questions.
