The MBA is designed to develop the intellectual growth of an individual, plus it provides excellent business networking possibilities, both at managerial and business levels. The programme’s current student population of more than 250 students consist of CEos, managing directors, vice presidents, general managers, managers of various departments, executives, engineers, doctor, administrators and secretaries who are attached with more than 200 organisa- tions of the public and private sectors.
The UEL MBA lecturers are carefully selected and are mainly doctorate holders with industry experiences. Classes are held on an average of two weekends in a month at Wisma WIM, Taman Tun Dr. Ismail.
Students will be encouraged to have healthy debates or discussion about topics during classes. Talks or seminars by practising captains of industry and study tours to multinational and local organisations are organised for the added experience.
The success of WIM College to enrol 110 MBA students so far in year 2012 speaks for itself. Their next intake will commence on Jan 19 and application is now open.
