The steam produced by the Laurastar steam generator is different from conventional steamers or steam irons.
The “dry steam”, produced at a constant pressure, delivers microfine steam that is able to penetrate multiple layers of fabric to allow for easier and quicker ironing with impressive results.
The steam is produced at a constant pressure of 3.5bar that is channelled up to the iron, where it is heated up again to 160°C.
This ensures the steam particles are highly vaporised so that it penetrates deeply into fabrics to soften and relax the fibres without making them damp, giving you a constantly dry ironing surface, resulting in perfectly ironed clothing.
There’s also no need to worry about temperature setting. Laurastar’s technology allows you to iron all fabrics with one single temperature setting – you can go straight from ironing cotton or linen clothes to delicates such as silk and chiffon.
What’s more, you will now achieve professional quality results right in the comfort of your home. Using Laurastar will reduce ironing time on most gar- ments by 50% to 75%.
Laurastar’s powerful constant steam can also be released in a vertical position, allowing for efficient steaming of “Dry Clean Only” garments.
The high-pressure dry steam is also powerful enough to penetrate the fabric to remove food, cigar and cigarette odours.
Laurastar also comes with a special non-stick soft pressing soleplate that lets you iron all fabrics gently and confidently.
You can even iron rubber prints on T-shirts directly with no fear of sticking.
