Bringing cultures together

-

In a world where the borders are shrinking and globalisation is taking a greater hold on economies worldwide, it has become more important that Malaysian graduates are capable of being global citizens to remain competitive.

SEGi recently hosted a cultural night which saw 19 different performances presenting different cultures of the world – from traditional Malay dance and barathanatyam from Malaysia, to nigerian and Sudanese traditional dances, violin and guitar performances from Turkey, traditional Chinese singing and a modern, high-spirited dance from Kazakhstan.

The diversity at SEGi is complemented by its vast variety of programmes, where students can chose from foundation level to higher education level which can be completed locally or abroad. Focusing on quality education that is industry driven, SEGi’s offerings are constantly improved to stay in line with market trends and fulfil market needs.

SEGi University Group has six campuses nationwide offering programmes across 20 different fields of study and ranging from certificate to doctorate level. It offers a range of programmes, from medicine, optometry, dentistry and pharmacy in the Science fields to other fields of study such as law, engineering, built environment, information technology, creative arts and design, hospitality, tourism and education. SEGi has been consistently producing graduates with relevant skills and knowledge.
