This marks Singapore Dance Theatre’s third installation in Malaysia and its silver year anniversary. The show features four performances: Paquita by Marius, a divertissement with the choreography comprising a series of pas de deux and solo variations and staged by Janek Schergen; ZIN!, an upbeat and lively piece that is bubbling with humour; Organ Concerto, a piece made specially for the company by Nils Christe, showcasing 12 couples; and Jabula, which borrows movements from tribal dance forms as a celebration of the dancers’ energy and spirit.
