Before Sunset

(Warner tv, Hypptv Ch 613, 11.05am) the sequel to richard Linklater’s much talked about beforeSunrise, this movie takes place nine years after the events of the first movie. Jesse Wallace has written a novel based on his chance encounter with a Parisienne named Celine in 1994. but he keeps the real story a secret from everyone. He and Celine had originally agreed to meet again after six months. but it is only now when Celine sees his photograph promoting the book that she decides to meet him at a media event. they rekindle their romance, until it is time for him to fly back to New york. Starring ethan Hawke and Julie delpy. brothers who are over-protective of her and dislike Inderjit. Left with little choice, the two decide to elope. the soundtrack is composed by the great a.r. rahman. alex Proyas ( theCrow,darkCity). this movie has an endlessly intriguing premise, but a quasireligious ending that infuriated everyone. When a time capsule from 1959 is opened, John, an astrophysicist, discovers that a series of numbers written by a strange girl back then seem to predict disasters happening in the present time. there are three dates left which means three more disasters waiting to happen. very soon, like that strange girl from 1959, John’s son also starts to hear voices and see visions of the future. He has also been visited by an alien-like stranger. Is Nicolas Cage going crazy? Is that why he is so hysterical in all his movies?
