1. Choose wisely
Invest in the best hair care products and tools you can afford. always remember to read the label. Using the wrong products may lead to itchy scalp or dandruff.
2. Washing right
avoid scratching your scalp when washing your hair. a gentle scalp massage gets rid of sebum secretion to prevent blockage at the follicles and improves blood circulation. Remember to rinse off shampoo completely to prevent build-up.
3. Dry it your way
Towel-dry your hair. Regular blow-drying can singe the hair cuticle, causing it to be brittle. However, if you are in a rush, use low heat and do not place the hair dryer close to the scalp.
4. Brush smartly

6. Healthy lifestyle
