SHOPPERS visiting Tropicana City Mall (TCM) can look forward to the oriental charm of the Mid-Autumn Celebration filled with colourful paper lanterns throughout the mall. The festival celebrates gathering among family members and friends.
Among the booths that will be participating in this event are Tai Thong Mooncakes, The Baker’s Cottage Mooncakes, Cake Sense Mooncakes, Mon Kee Mooncakes, Bee Cheng Hiang Dried Meat, Jin Ye Ye Mooncakes, Nature’s Love Birds Nest, Nature’s Farm Supplement, Ecolight Health products and many more.
In the spirit of this festival, there will be a Starbucks Lantern Making Contest from Aug 27 to Sept 5, open to children aged five to12. (Terms & Conditions apply) Participants stand a chance to win attractive prizes.
1st prize: Starbucks Coffee gift pack worth RM1,000 + 365-days of coffee
2nd prize: Starbucks Coffee gift pack worth RM800
3rd prize: Starbucks Coffee gift pack worth RM600

Apart from this, the main highlight will be the lantern parade, led by 988 radio announcers on Sept 6. Remember to bring your own lantern to redeem vouchers from Starbucks Coffee on the same day.
Mid-Autumn redemption (Aug 27–Sept 8)
Throughout the Mid-Autumn campaign, Tropicana City Mall’s fifth Anniversary Touch ‘n Go Card Holders who spend RM100 at food and beverage stores or RM150 in a maximum of two accumulated receipts in other stores will receive a RM10 reload and Melvita hand cream. Non-Tropicana City Mall’s fifth Anniversary Touch ‘n Go Card Holders are also eligible to redeem one Tropicana City Mall’s Touch ‘n Go card with RM10 pre-loaded amount and Melvita hand cream when you spend RM150 at food and beverage stores or RM250 in a maximum of two accumulated receipts in other stores.
