How to keep a balanced diet
HIGH blood pressure, osteoporosis, joint pain, diabetes, obesity, fatigue, recurrent infections, anxiety, cancer… whether you realise it or not, these diseases are getting more prevalent and affecting our health at all generations.
Today, the vast majority of the populace in industrialised nations suffers from these problems caused by an acidic body.
Excess body acidity is prevalent today because of a poor diet. Our current standard diet is primarily consists of acidic or acidifying elements (proteins, refined carbohydrate, processed food and sugars). Alkaline foods such as vegetables and fruits are eaten in smaller quantities, stimulants such as tobacco, coffee, tea, sodas and alcohol are also acidifying. Stress and physical activity (either insufficient or excessive amounts) also cause an acidic body.
Our bodies continually strive to maintain a normal pH balance of about 7.35 to 7.45. This slightly alkaline environment allows the body’s metabolic, enzymatic, immunologic and repair mechanisms to function at their best. When the pH of our bodily fluids, digestive system and tissues is pushed out of that comfortable zone, health problems can be the result.
– Obesity, slow metabolism and inability to lose weight – Chronic inflammation – High blood pressure – Weight gain, obesity and diabetes – Bladder and kidney conditions, including kidney stones – Weakened immunity – Premature ageing – Osteoporosis, weak or brittle bones, fractures and bone spurs.
– Joint pain, aching muscles and lactic-acid build-up – Low energy and chronic fatigue – Mood swings and hormonal imbalance – Slow digestion and elimination – Yeast/fungal overgrowth It’s not too late to change our diet and lifestyle and establish the consistent homeostasis that keeps us healthy. We need to focus on maintaining a proper balance, and to do that, it’s suggested that at least 60% of our diet be of alkaline-producing foods.
Reduce the intake of acidifying food and increase the intake of alkalising food. The best approach to achieving acid and alkaline balance is a balanced diet, adequate rest, clean water, digestive enzymes and peaceful thoughts.
Balanced body pH level for optimum health
Other than diet and lifestyle, the presence of enzymes is essential to balance our pH level.
According to University of California Department of Biochemistry chairman Dr David Greenberg, “Enzymes are becoming increasingly important in medical research because a growing number of diseases can be traced to some defects in the enzyme process.”
RIN Enzyme is an effective way to replenish and increase enzyme levels. RIN Enzyme is a premium plant-based enzyme made up of 36 enzyme-rich foods from southern Kyushu island of Japan.
RIN Enzyme is highly alkalising, helps to improve our health in the following ways:
– Neutralises our body and blood acidity and keeps our body in a mild alkalinity state and promotes healthy blood circulation.
– Promotes efficient excretion of toxins, waste products and metabolic wastes, which are acidic, from the body.
– Over-acidity occurs when too much carbon dioxide builds up in the body. RIN Enzyme helps to promote cellular metabolism and permeability to facilitate better exchange of oxygen and acidic carbon and enable more oxygen uptake by each cell
– Normalises the balance of intestinal flora and helps promote friendly bacteria’s ecology.
– Normalises hormone balance, alleviates emotional distress and anxiety. which causes an acidic body and promotes quality sleep
– Possesses anti-inflammatory properties to help reduce swelling and pain and reduce the duration of inflammation
– Strengthens the white blood cells to increase body immunity to rid body of bacteria, virus and fungus.
– Increases energy levels and vitality and promotes immunity
RIN Enzyme is 100% natural, preservative- free, additives-free with no colouring and flavouring added. It is certified halal by Jakim Malaysia.
