MAHSA students are expected to incorporate soft skills and communication skills in the programme that will enhance their employability upon graduation.

They are also required to undergo an internship programme, which is also part of the curriculum.

Students will spend a couple of months in the industry at the end of Year 3, where they will be exposed to real-life practice as engineers.

This will also enable students to come up with highquality, industry-relevant final year projects.

It follows an outcomebased learning approach that has been designed to enable students to be taught the necessary cognitive and analytical skills alongside relevant subjects in their area of study because in this fastpaced ever-evolving landscape, industry-ready engineering professionals are becoming a necessity to most nations.
