Subang Crab House specialise­s in crab dishes. Its crabs are air-flown and freshly imported from Indonesia. You may opt to have your crabs cooked in your favourite style, be it the Signature Spicy and Sour Chilli, Steamed, Fried Curry Leaves with Dried Shrimp, Salted Egg, Salt and Pepper or Aromatic Creamy Butter.

The signature crab dish is the Spicy and Sour Chilli Crab, which is best eaten with fried mantou or toasted bread. The best way to enjoy these crabs is with your fingers.

Subang Crab House also offers many other mouth-watering seafood dishes, with fish being the second most popular dish. It is cooked in a variety of styles such as Kapitan, Rich and Spicy Indonesian, which goes well with steamed white rice and Assam style.

The Claypot Curry Fish Head and Claypot Curry Seafood, the latest addition, should not be missed. The Claypot Curry Seafood comes with prawns and one crab.

Another house speciality is the all-time favourite homemade tofu cooked in two styles – Thai or topped with minced chicken meat and mushroom in thick, gener- ous gravy. Another dish not to be missed is the yummy and light fried rice. This fried rice dish is not just any normal fried rice, as the rice is light and fluffy with an aromatic taste and goes well with any of the seafood dishes.

The signature fried chicken wings are also a must to order, as the wings are marinated with the family recipe and fried to golden brown perfection.
