The Incredible Dr Pol S3

(Nat Geo Wild, Astro Ch 550, 8.40pm) Too much of anything is bad. We love it when it rains after a long dry spell but when the downpour is torrential and incessant, flash floods and sickness abound. Dr Pol and Dr Brenda are the local vets of Wideman Town, Michigan, and with the winter snow having just turned into heavy rain, they have more than floods to worry about. Dr Pol rushes to Pohl Dairy to check on a normally docile dairy cow that is acting out of its mind. Dr Brenda races out in the rain on an emergency call to Myers Dairy Farm where a cow has stopped producing milk entirely and is rife with infection.
