GREAT Eastern Life’s Live Great Programme was created to empower its customers to take charge of their health and reward them for doing so.

It is the first integrated health and wellness programme by an insurance company in the region designed to inspire Malaysians to lead a healthy lifestyle by being physically and mentally fit.

The programme consists of five main components, including wellness tools, health tips, mobile apps, workshops and events as well as exclusive privileges and rewards.

Useful tips and app

Besides numerous health and wellness tips, it also features useful wellness tools. The 21-day mobile app will remind you of your desired goals for 21 days.

Great Eastern Life also rewards its staff members who have shown improvements in overall health using the Live Great Programme.

Great Eastern Life director and chief executive officer Datuk Koh Yaw Hui said, “Every year, our staff will go for a full body checkup. Their health readings will be monitored closely and depending on their health status, should they show improvements in terms of their blood pressure, sugar levels, BMI and cholesterol readings, they will be remunerated in cash.
