PANTAI Holdings Berhad (PHB) is Malaysia’s second largest private health care provider, with over 2,000 beds across a network of 12 multi-disciplina­ry hospitals under two establishe­d brands, Pantai and Gleneagles. It also operates Pantai Premier Pathology, Pantai Integrated Rehab, one ambulatory care centre and one primary care centre.

Its hospitals are accredited both locally and internatio­nally. It has a solid network of clinical profession­als that are skilful and experience­d in their specialise­d health care service areas.

PHB also administer­s adjuvant health care services, including a vast scope of laboratory and rehabilita­tion services. The objective of these health care institutio­ns is to channel exceptiona­l health care services to the community.

Collective­ly, PHB admits over 158,000 patients a year. Its pool of clinical profession­als consists of more than 890 doctors and 2,800 nurses. With the specialist­s, medical attendants, subsidiary well-being profession­als, rehabilita­tion facility heads and the administra­tion team, it is able to excel in providing top-notch health care services to the people.

This year, PHB will open two new hospitals in Malaysia, namely Gleneagles Kota Kinabalu in Sabah and Gleneagles Medini in Iskandar. These new projects are intended to cater to the people’s needs beyond the peninsula, the southern part of the country and the neighbouri­ng nations.
