International University of Malaya- Wales ( IUMW) in collaboration with the Association of Hypnotherapy Practitioners, Malaysia ( AHPM) have been holding workshops on hypnotherapy.
These workshops are designed to introduce and educate the public about the efficacy and effectiveness of hypnosis and hypnotherapy.
Hypnotherapy is an effective treatment for a variety of mental, health and medical issues, including addictions, behavioural issues, chronic issues, mental health issues and other issues for example phobia.
It is also an effective tool for self- improvement, self- development and peak performers often use hypnotherapy to help give them the edge they need in upping their game.
Participant Hasliza Che Samad said, “The workshop gives me skills that I can use immediately to help myself.”
Another participant Ong Phey Yin remarked that she “had an amazing experience at the workshop”.
Ng Hwee Sim felt it was a “fast- paced, fun and dynamic workshop. I had so much fun and learnt so much”.
The workshop introduces hypnosis and hypnotherapy in an interactive, dynamic and fun manner; and offers participants tools that they can apply immediately towards self- improvements and self- development.
Upon the completion of the workshop, participants will “have a clear understanding of the power of their subconscious mind, what hypnotherapy can and cannot do and be able to enter into the hypnotic state easily for their own benefit.
