It offers higher cooking power of 1,600W and allows more variety of cooking in a handy inner pot.
Featuring 2.0- litre capacity, the non- stick coating inner pot comes in a nice shape – not too deep or shallow for cooking.
Combining the pot- based multi- cooker speciality in cooking soup or gravy- based dishes and pan- based multi- cooker characteristic focusing on frying and steaming, the Intelligent Multi Cooker offers these capabilities and complements the limited cooking styles of conventional multi- cookers. Elba Intelligent Multi Cooker offers eight programmed cooking functions.
Just place ingredients into the multi- cooker and select the right cooking functions on the digital control panel. Alternatively, select the desired cooking temperature and time according to the type of foods to be cooked. The multicooker will automatically turn to keep warm mode after the selected cooking programme ends. The adjustable timer allows you to cook with less monitoring.
Both selected cooking time and temperature will be displayed on the digital screen so the cooking process is clear at a glance and ensures perfect cooking results.
Its transparent top glass lid allows you to monitor the food that is being cooked without opening the cover and interrupting the cooking process.
The glass lid also features a cool- touch handle for safe handling. The removable and enhanced non- stick coating inner pot allows for quick and simple clean- up. When meal preparation is complete, there is only one pot to wash and maintenance is hassle- free.
To clean, just remove the inner pot from the base when it has cooled down and wash the cooking surface with warm soapy water. Wipe dry thoroughly before returning it to the base.
Another bonus of this appliance is the deep- frying basket with a detachable handle. The non- stick inner pot is designed to have two small grooves at the front rim, allowing the frying basket to sit nicely inside the inner pot when deep- frying.
This also enables the glass lid to be covered completely to trap grease and oil and also to minimise splashing of oil during deep- frying.
When the deep- frying is done, you can hang the basket on the hooks and let the excess oil drip into the inner pot for healthy serving. A big groove at the left angle of the inner pot allows easy pouring of liquid when serving or cleaning. Also, the retractable power cord can be unplugged completely from the body for easy storage.
