Successful design
Frederique Constant, known for its classical and refined timepieces at sensible prices, has pushed the boundaries with its new Worldtimer Manufacture.
The Worldtimer Manufacture continues to be one of the brand’s most successful series but it is through the passion to create that its designers developed a new version of this spectacular timepiece.
After months of hard work, the new Worldtimer Navy Blue was presented.
This new watch is the perfect union of fine watchmaking technology and aesthetic design.
Created for the gentleman who travels a lot, this elegant timepiece is for those looking for a sophisticated and refined timepiece to be worn comfortably on the wrist.
Completely developed in- house at the manufacture in Plan- les- Ouates, Geneva, this model is driven by the FC- 718 Manufacture automatic calibre and features 26 jewels as well as a 42- hour power reserve.
The technological genius of this timepiece is that all functions are easily accessible through the crown, so there are no extra push buttons sticking out from the sides of the case.
Simple to use, the Worldtimer function can be set by selecting the desired city and placing it at the 12 o’clock position on the dial.
Once the internal discs are synchronised, one will know what time it is in the biggest cities of the world.
Furthermore, these discs also indicate if it is daytime ( the white disc) or night ( with the blue disc). You can also read the date on the 6 o’clock counter.
What truly makes this Worldtimer Manufacture stand out, is its elegant navy blue dial and its incredibly detailed anthracite grey world map in its centre.
The hour and minute hands are silver with a hint of a luminous Frederique Constant’s Worldtimer navy Blue is the perfect symbiosis between fine watchmaking technology and aesthetic design.
