RM500,000 scholarships up for grabs
UNITAR International University has over 60 exciting programmes under the Asia Graduate School of Business, Graduate School of Education, Faculty of Architecture and Design, Faculty of Business Technology and Accounting, Faculty of Culinary and Tourism, Faculty of Education and Humanities and Unitar Foundation School.

In collaboration with ILMU Education Group ( ILMU), Strategic Teacher Education Programme ( STEP) was launched to attract top- performing SPM- leavers with scholarships worth RM500,000.
STEP is Malaysia’s first long- term teacher education programme in the private education sector.
Based on ILMU’s belief in learning for the real world, STEP integrates learning and training modules with real- life practice to grow and nurture home- grown talent who are able to satisfy the strong demand for quality teachers at private local and international schools.
Based in Unitar, STEP will appeal to top- performing school- leavers who are passionate about the teaching profession.
The programme is also expected to draw interest from experienced professionals who are considering a fulfilling career that offers work- life balance.
As part of the STEP initiative, ILMU is offering five scholarships for top- performing SPM- leavers worth RM100,000 per person for a total of RM500,000 in order to attract the best and brightest into the profession.
This scholarship will cover the full four years of course fees, a year for the Foundation in Arts and three years in the Bachelor of Education ( Hons) at Unitar, and include a monthly allowance of RM500 as well as paid accommodation.
