Combination of krill oil and EPO

ONE of the famous sources of omega- 3 is from krill oil. Krill is a shrimp- like crustacean that lives in very cold waters, especially around Antarctica, and feeds on microscopic algae.

Their diet leads to the oil extracted from them to be rich in omega- 3 fatty acids, including EPA ( eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA ( docosahexaenoic acid).

The phospholipid form of EPA and DHA from krill oil is better incorporated into cells and tissues. This makes the omega- 3 in krill oil significantly more bio- available because it allows the direct entrance of EPA and DHA into the cells.

Omega- 3 fatty acid in krill oil has antioxidant properties for healthy body development and functions. In addition, omega- 3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of diseases.

Evening primrose oil ( EPO), a kind of herbal extract traditionally used for a wide range of ailments, is commonly used for women’s health. The oil is extracted from evening primrose ( Oenothera biennis) plant seeds.

EPO contains a high amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids ( PUFA), including omega- 6 fatty acids, linolenic acid and gamma- linolenic acid ( GLA). They help stimulate skin and hair growth as well as regulate metabolism. EPO is one of a few natural sources that contain high amounts of GLA in the world.

Vitamode Superba Krill Oil Plus EPO Softgel ( MAL16015020NCR) is a combination of krill oil and EPO that provides you with both omega- 3 and omega- 6 fatty acids, which are essential for your cell growth and development.

The ideal ratio of omega- 3 and omega- 6 is 1: 1 as the balanced ratio is essential for the maintenance of healthy cell membranes and hormone regulation.

Regardless of whether you are a man or woman, getting adequate amounts of essential fats like omega- 3 and omega- 6 are crucial to help maintain your overall health.

In summary, a balanced diet that is rich in omega- 3 and omega- 6 together with macro and micronutrients are important for growth and development among women. Women also have to be physically active by carrying out exercise at least 150 minutes per week.

Syphilis is considered the most dangerous of all STIs. The disease appears in stages and can stay dormant in the infected person years after it has been treated, giving it a chance for a comeback. Therefore, it can cause long- term effects if not treated properly.

Syphilis also has a wide range of symptoms which sometimes makes it very difficult for an individual to detect because they can mistaken a symptom for something else. The smallest of symptoms can look like an ingrown hair or a harmless bump in your genital area and will later spread to other parts of your body like your hands and mouth.

Chlamydia can cause very serious effects to women, especially those who are pregnant. The problem with chlamydia is that there will be no symptoms at the initial stages. Symptoms like abnormal discharge, burning sensation, pain and bleeding will only show up weeks later and is usually confined to your genital area. Even with no symptoms, it can cause a lot of damage to your reproductive system.

Gonorrhoea is very much like its partner chlamydia. This disease also does not show any symptoms in the initial stages and similar symptoms to chlamydia will only show up much later. This disease, however, may spread to other parts of your body.

Women are encouraged to refrain themselves from taking drugs, smoking and excessive consumption of alcohol in order to keep a healthy lifestyle.
