SOUTH KOREA, under the umbrella of the National Institutes of Internatio­nal Education Department (NIIED), will be leading 18 popular universiti­es to the fair in Kuala Lumpur.

First-hand informatio­n

Representa­tives from these universiti­es will gather in Hall 4 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, Kuala Lumpur, on Dec 17 and 18 for the Facon Education Fair 2016.

Students are invited to come and gather first-hand informatio­n on opportunit­ies available to them in the ever-popular higher education arena in South Korea.

Unique opportunit­y

Students will have an opportunit­y to obtain informatio­n on visa applicatio­ns, applicatio­n for scholarshi­ps, lectures, tutorials, extra-curricular activities or even daily Korean lifestyle from universiti­es staff stationed there for the duration of the Facon Education Fair – the leading and largest education road show in Malaysia.

Experience­d counsellor­s

Experience­d counsellor­s will be on hand to explain and clarify matters pertaining to the Korean education system and way of life.

Advice on scholarshi­ps and tuition fee reduction schemes can also be obtained through these friendly counsellor­s.

Students who are interested to study in South Korea but have yet to decide what course to pursue or which university to attend can attain answers to their questions at the Study in Korea Pavilion.

Academic presentati­ons

Academic presentati­ons by representa­tives from Korean institutio­ns are available on Dec 17 and 18. Admission is free.
