Continuing its legacy of academic brilliance

Only recently, a fund raising campaign was carried out by the Interact Club representing St John’s International School Kuala Lumpur.

This campaign is the third by the Interact Club that has lasted for two months with the Orion Home, a children’s home in Senawang, Negri Sembilan under the care of Budimas Charitable Foundation.

The home shelters and provides the daily necessities for over 60 underprivileged children of all ages.

The purpose of this project was to help these deserving children in terms of financial aid and basic necessities.

This particular action was supported by the SJIS management and parents who contributed generously.

The donated items were handed over to the home manager for Orion Home, a representative from the Budimas Foundation.

Along with the donated items, a cheque for an amount of RM1,565 was also handed over.

Members of the Interact Club were happy with the output of their third project.
