AWARD-WINNING property developer, Sunway Property, has had a lustrous 2016 with a slew of developments, community oriented activities and awards.

Sunway Property, which is the property division of Sunway Group, has had several successful launches this year with its Sunway Property Certainty Campaign, which took place from March 29 to Sept 30.

The campaign is designed to help potential consumers own a property with three different packages.

The offers were Guaranteed Loan, Deferred Payment and Voluntary Exit Plan.

The campaign is a promise to customers that Sunway Property is there for them in their journey to realise their dreams of owning a home.

Apart from that, Sunway Property also recorded 80% take up rate at the debut launch of Sunway Mont Residences, which is a 38-storey condominium in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.

The development, located in a private and safe neighbourhood with easy access to major highways, is expected to be completed by 2020.

As a Master Community Developer, Sunway Property also introduced its first addition of Sunway GEO Series @ Sunway South Quay with the completion of Sunway Geo Residences.
