IF you’re a fan of Lancome products, here’s good news. The French beauty brand has opened its flagship boutique at The Gardens Mall in Kuala Lumpur, its first standalone boutique in South-East Asia.

Created by Lancome International Design team based in Paris, the 70.6sq m (760sq ft) boutique is a work of art that captures the brand’s true essence. Inspired by the artistic and casual chic Parisian apartment with a view, the boutique sprinkles flair to the sub-urban mall.

The innovative boutique comes with a retail approach designed to meet women’s beauty needs. Clients can experience Lancome’s selection of colour and fragrance offerings, and receive a thorough skincare evaluation – all under one roof.

Using vignettes to distinguish different sensory experiences, the boutique allows guests to embark on a journey of discovery through different facets of the brand. Look out for the giant wall screens (fea- turing 36 TV display panels) that changes to breath-taking panorama of Lancome products.

Guided by friendly recommendations of its beauty advisors, women can have the opportunity to create exceptional, unforgettable moments with a good space and free expression environment to play with textures and colours.

Be sure to check out the makeup sharing table, a playground of colours and textures that is perfect to explore on your own, or with a make-up expert. The boutique wouldn’t be complete without skincare sharing tables, where customers can have a playful hands-on approach to discover product textures and tailor-made routines.

Tucked in a hidden corner is the Absolue Room, a luxurious private room to discover a sensorial journey with Absolue, Lancome’s premium anti-ageing skincare range. There’s also gift wrapping corner which embodies the brand’s generosity of wrapping with a French touch.
