Aye, there’s a cold front moving in from the West ... in the form of Yusof, who returns home after studying abroad with a degree and a “sophisticated” bride in tow. The missus shows nothing but contempt for his kampung kinfolk, even his own parents! And Yusof, ever willing to keep his wife happy, easily overlooks the insults to his family. Author, journalist and screen veteran Salleh G hani directed this 1981 film, which stars Datuk Yusof Haslam, Maria Arshad, Raja Hamid Raja Saat, Haji Arshad, Mokhtaruddin and Rose Iskandar.
