The Hi5 Rental Plan constitutes 36 months of payment. There are five easy steps and five great benefits for everybody to realise their dream of bringing home good health.
The five benefits include a free gift, a three-year warranty, zero credit limit, zero credit card interest and a flexible upgrade plan. Presently, this plan is only applicable to selected massage chairs and sofas.
Rental buyers can also enjoy free gifts like other buyers do. However, ordinary buyers only enjoy 1 + 1, i.e. two years of warranty, but under this plan, rental buyers can enjoy a three-year warranty, which means they do not have to pay a single cent for the repair of any natural damages during the warranty period, spare parts included.
Throughout the warranty period, if the customer has any problems with the massage chair, he can contact the Gintell customer service hotline immediately for free technical assistance.
Gintell understands that some customers may have a credit limit issue. This plan allows the buyer to pay a low down payment and clear the balance with his credit card or debit card (with 36 monthly instalments).
The important thing is that the credit limit issue is overcome and there is absolutely no credit card interest. Upon making down payment, monthly instalments are then made through auto-debit every month.
After paying off the full rental amount and at the expiration of the three-year rental period, the customer only needs to pay a token sum of RM1 to buy the massage chair. If he wishes to own a new model, he can rent the new model at a special discount, courtesy of the Hi5 flexible upgrade plan.
This plan is limited to specific massage chairs and sofas at the moment.
Customers can buy a big massage chair or comfortable petite massage sofa according to his needs and ability at a monthly rental ranging from RM88 to RM388. That is the essence of the Hi5 Rental Plan.
