AEU’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) programmes are increasingly popular among Malaysian working adults and also those from overseas. Its curriculum serves to enhance learners’ business and industry knowledge and improve management, leadership and strategic decision-making skills. He shares, “I like the way the AeU MBA programme was taught as it enabled me to broaden my knowledge in the aspects of business. The subjects offered are extremely useful in developing a wider knowledge in leadership and research skills. From day one I was immersed in a global learning environment and given the right training combined with the understanding of an emerging Asia market.

“The knowledge and experiences gained from seminars and workshops can be applied in a variety of settings. I have gained a global perspective with an in-depth knowledge of the Asian economies and how to recommend solutions that go beyond international boundaries, learn to apply the right analytical tools in a variety of different settings for rational decision-making and demonstrate holistic awareness of relevant trends impacting contemporary business.

“The flexibility I enjoyed during my study allows minimal disruption to my family, work commitments and challenges in adjusting my time and roles as a public officer, husband and father.”

AeU School of Management dean, Associate Prof Dr Wan Sabri Wan Hussin, says, “The AeU MBA programme, which provides world-class managerial instruction in a unique atmosphere, is designed for working adults regardless of the nature of their profession. The uniqueness of the programme is its focus on Asian insights based on the best practices of some of Asia’s most successful companies that distinguishes AeU MBA graduates.

“We stress not only the development of rigorous analytical tools and problem-solving skills but also the application of moral principles needed to use those abilities wisely. We want to help develop effective managers and leaders of outstanding professional capability with integrity, faith and strong moral character who will influence the world for good.”

AeU’s MBA programme is offered through full-time (one year), part-time or blended (one and a half years) and fully online (one and a half years) modes. All classes are held during weekends and ideal for busy working adults.
