Meaningful Ramadan
FOR the holy month of Ramadan, Suria has a number of interesting programmes lined-up on its website www.suria.my.
With the tagline “Segalanya Lebih Bermakna” (Everything is more meaningful), Suria aims to inspire during the fasting month.
Suria will also spread the goodness with on-ground CSR activities. On June 5-6, Suria will visit the paediatric wards at hospitals in Klang Valley to spend time with children receiving treatment. They will also present the patients, family members and hospital staff with goodies.
Celebrities like Datuk Fazley Yaakob, Khai Bahar, Cassidy La Creme, Idzham Ismail, Ryan Deedat and more will be joining the Suria team as well.
“The positive attitude that our presenters showcase through these programmes will hopefully be meaningful to our viewers and inspire them to do good as well,” Suria programming manager Roslina Abd Majid said in a press release.

Ustaz Di Konti (Monday to Friday, noon and 4pm)
Join Ustaz Husni from the Zakat Collection Centre in Kuala Lumpur for an enlightening session as he takes on questions and discuss matters about Ramadan. Suria fans can send in questions via Suria’s social media platforms.
#FiziKongsi (Every Friday, 10am) What is it like to be in another person’s shoes during Ramadan? Watch Suria presenter Fizi Ali take on the challenge of practising another person’s daily sahur to late night routine. Fizi shares his experience and the valuable lessons he learns from others.
#ProjekCinderellaByZulin (Every Monday, 10am)
Be beautiful with Suria presenter Zulin Aziz. In this programme, Zulin gives a beauty makeover to some lucky fans. She also shares make-up techniques and other beauty tips to look fabulous for Hari Raya. This is a must-watch for all beauty junkies out there.
Ceriakan Ramadan Bersama Scotch Brite (Every Tuesday, noon)
Don’t miss out on this cooking programme featuring Suria presenter Feeya Iskandar or better known as Cik Piah and MasterChef Malaysia Season One winner Chef Ezani. The show kicks off with a cooking demonstration by Chef Ezani. There will also be a cooking competition with Suria fans who stand a chance to win RM150 cash prize. The winner also gets to have a buka puasa session with Cik Piah and Chef Ezani.
